All visa applicants aged from 14-70 are required to attend an appointment and submit their fingerprints and a photo.
If you’re over 70 or under 14 years old we can submit the visa application on your behalf without you being present.
Start application -> Make a payment -> Send us your documents -> Attend your appointment
Express service: 4 business days after your visa application is submitted to the embassy.
Standard service: 5 business days after your visa application is submitted to the embassy.
After your visa is processed your documents will be returned to you by Royal Mail Next day Special delivery by 1 pm unless arranged otherwise

No, one of our visa consultants will get in touch with you to book an appointment for you whenever it’s more convenenient. Normally appointments are available from Mon-Fri 9 am-2:30 pm except UK and China public holidays.
Our visa agent will meet you at the visa application centre at the time of your appointment. You will have to submit your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) and everything else will be handled by us.
Yes, we offer different UK and international delivery options. You can also pick up your passport from our London office when your visa is ready or it can be hand-delivered to you within M25.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will instruct you to fill in our online visa application and send us your documents. When we have all of the necessary information you can expect a call from one of our consultants to arrange an appointment.
China visa application can be submitted in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast. Please note that our in person assistance is only available in London.
